PDE spells out the specific content required in their Professional Ethics Program Framework Guidelines.  

Participants will receive much of the same content as my Act 48 Professional Ethics Course, approved by PDE in June, 2023. They will watch four online, one hour long Webcasts covering:

• Session 1 Model Code of Ethics for Educators;
• Session2 PA Code of Professional Practice & Conduct for Educators;
• Session 3 Professional Standards & Practices Commission; and
• Session 4 Educator Discipline Act.
